Kathryn A. Clark has been exclusively practicing family and juvenile law since 2018 and has extensive courtroom experience. A native of Sandy Springs, Kathryn received her bachelor’s degree in International Relations with honors from Agnes Scott College in 2010 and graduated from the University of Georgia School of Law with honors in 2013.

Kathryn’ first introduction to family law was as a Public Interest Fellow in the family law practice group at Atlanta Legal Aid in 2012 and 2013. There she learned she had a passion for helping children and families during what can be the most difficult chapter of their lives. Kathryn was awarded the Custer-Tuggle Award for Excellence in Family Law from the Georgia Chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers in 2014.

Kathryn’s passion for helping children and families lead to her becoming a member of the appointed panel of attorneys in Forsyth County Juvenile Court in 2018, representing children and parents in the foster care system. Kathryn is the current President of the Forsyth County Juvenile Bar Association. Kathryn is also trained as a Guardian ad Litem and coaches high school mock trial. Kathryn joined Hastings Shadmehry in 2024.
